Edge Protector Machine for producing the so-called edge protector profiles. Edge protection profiles consist of glued together paper webs, which are formed and glued within the system to a rectangular extruded profile and cut to desired lengths. Features of Convonic edge protection machine type 701: - Unwind stand for 1 or 2 lane production. - Preform station with double turn feed and 5-axis roller preforming. - Feeding station with 3 driven large diabolos for highest traction. - Guillotine with high performance servo drive for longitudinal and vertical movement for highest performance. |
